Members, Officers and employees of the Board to be public servants - All members, Officers and employees of the Board when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rule or Regulation made thereunder, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) and the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988(Central Act 49 of 1988).
