Permitted increase over the standard price - In the case of any land, or any land with building thereon, if at any general or special revision of assessment by the municipality or other local body subsequent to the notified date, the assessment payable in respect of that property has been enhanced, the standard price may be increased by such percentage not exceeding twenty- five percent, as the Government may, by notification, specify having regard to such enhancement.
