Power to take finger prints- Every person ordered to be detained in a certified institution under this Act shall at any time allow his finger prints to be taken by the Commissioner of Police or any officer empowered by him in this behalf in the cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and by the District Magistrate or any officer empowered by him in this behalf elsewhere.
