Repeal of Ordinance 13 of 1979. THE ANDHRA PRADESH PREVENTION OF ANTI-SOCIAL AND HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES ACT, 1980 ACT No. 9 OF 1980 [20th March, 1980] AN ACT TO MAKE SPECIAL PROVISIONS IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE PREVENTION OF ANTI-SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE HAZARDOUS TO THE COMMUNITY. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Thirty- first Year of the Republic of India as follow:-
