Punishment for contravention of orders under sections 3 to 6 - Whoever contravenes any order made under section 3, section 4, section 5 or section 6 shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years but shall not be less than six months, and with fine which may extend to three thousand rupees but shall not be less than one thousand rupees.
