Act not to effect or alter the law relating to relief of agricultural and other indebtedness - The provisions of this Act, shall be in addition to and not, save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, in derogation of any other law for the time being in force, in the State, relating to the relief of indebtedness including indebtedness amongst agriculturists, members of weaker sections and members of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
