Assistance of police officers- Any Officer authorised to inspect or search under section 17 may seek the assistance of the officer incharge of the Police Station having jurisdiction over the area to be inspected or searched and thereupon, such officer of the police station shall render all assistance necessary to the officer for the conduct of such inspection or search. 10
