Disqualifications of members - A person shall not be qualified for being nominated as, and for being, a member of the Council if,- (i) he is an un-discharged insolvent; or (ii) he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or (iii) He has been punished by the Council in any manner for infamous conduct in the profession; or (iv) He has been dismissed from service under any Government or any institution; or (v) his name has been removed from the register maintained under this Act and has not been reinstated; or (vi) he has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude.
