Constitution of Executive Committee - (1) The Council may constitute an Executive Committee and such other Committees from among its members as may be necessary for performing such functions in the manner as may be provided by regulations. (2) The Executive Committee shall consist of the President and Vice- President, who shall be members chosen by the Council from among themselves one of whom shall be a representative of the Association of Management of the Private Para Veterinary and Allied Institutions. (3) The Executive Committee shall exercise and discharge such powers and duties of the Council as may confer or impose upon it by any regulations, which may be made in this behalf.
