Disqualifications for members - A person shall not be qualified for being chosen or nominated as, and for being, a member of the Board, if,- (i) he has not attained the age of majority; or (ii) he is an un-discharged insolvent; or he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or (iii) he has been punished by the Board in any manner for infamous conduct in the profession; or (iv) he has been dismissed from service under any Government or any institution; or (v) his name has been removed from the register maintained under this Act and has not been reinstated or (vi) he has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude.
