Renewal of Registration - (1) Every registration made under section 20 shall be valid for five years and will have to be renewed before the end of the fifth year. (2) Where the renewal is not made before the due date, the Secretary shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register: Provided that a name so removed may be restored to the register on payment of the renewal fee, together with such fine, as may be prescribed. (3) On payment of the renewal fee and the fine, if any the Secretary shall, in the manner prescribed, issue a Certificate of Registration to the person concerned and where the name of the person has been removed from the register under sub-section (2) he shall re-enter his name in the register.
