Exercise of functions of executive authority by Health Officer in certain cases - The Commissioner may, by general or special order, authorise the Health Officer of the District to exercise such of the functions of an executive authority under this Act in such area and subject to such restrictions and conditions and to such control and revision as may be specified in such order.
