Power to transfer institutions and works - The Government may transfer any institution or work under their management or control to a *[Zilla Praja Parishad] or a *[Mandal Praja Parishad] and *[Zilla Praja Parishad] may transfer any institution under its management or control to any *[Mandal Praja Parishad] or gram panchayat, subject to such conditions, limitations and restrictions as may be specified by the Government or the *[Zilla Praja Parishad], as the case may be: Provided that no such transfer shall be made unless the prior consent of the concerned *[Zilla Praja Parishad] or *[Mandal Praja Parishad], as the case may be, is obtained.
