Powers and functions of the Sarpanch- Save as otherwise provided by or under this Act, the Sarpanch shall,- (a) make arrangements for the elections of the Upa-Sarpanch within one month from the date of occurrence of the Vacancy; (b) have full access to the records of the gram panchayat; (c) exercise administrative control over the *[Executive Authority], if there is one, for the purpose of implementation of the resolutions of the gram panchayat or any committee thereof;
