Right of individual members to draw attention in respect of *[Mandal Praja Parishad] etc., - Any member of a *[Mandal Praja Parishad] may draw the attention of the President or the *[Mandal Praja Parishad] Development Officer to any neglect in the execution of *[Mandal Praja Parishad] work, to any waste of *[Mandal Praja Parishad] property or to the needs of any locality and may suggest any improvement which may appear desirable.
