Classification of public roads, fairs and festivals etc., - The classification of public roads, fairs, and festivals, choultries, dispensaries and libraries in any gram panchayat area as appertaining to the *[Zilla Praja Parishad], *[Mandal Praja Parishad] or the gram panchayat shall be made by the Commissioner in such manner as may be prescribed.
