Appointment of Oil Palm Commissioner - Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf of the Government shall appoint an Officer as Oil Palm Commissioner, or may designate an Officer of the Government as Oil Palm Commissioner to exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Commissioner under this Act.
