Penalities -(1) Every person or occupier of a factory who contravenes the provisions of section 11 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees ten thousand and in the case of a continuing contravention of the provisions of the said section with a further fine not exceeding rupees one thousand for each day during which the contravention continues. (2) Any person of occupier of a factory contravening any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made under this Act for which no penalty is provided in sub-section (1) shall be punishable; with fine which may extend to rupees five thousand.
