Repeal of Central Act VII of 1913 and Hyderabad Act IV, of 1320 Fasli - The provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 (Central Act VII of 1913), and the Hyderabad Companies Act, 1320 Fasli (Hyderabad Act IV of 1320 Fasli), in so far as they relate to the incorporation, regulation and winding up of companies which are non-trading corporations with objects confined to the State of Andhra Pradesh falling within the scope of entry 32 of List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India, are hereby repealed.
