Short title, extent commencement and application - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Non-trading Companies Act, 1962. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April, 1956. (4) It shall apply to a company as defined in section 2 of this Act.
