Drainage cess payable under this Act to be treated as public revenue upon the land. Act 2 of 1964 :- The drainage cess payable under this Act by an owner in respect of any land shall be deemed to be public revenue due upon the said land and the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 shall apply.
