Definitions – In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (1) “Government” means the State Government; (2) “project area” means the area to which this Act extends under clause (a) or clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section1; (3) “project purpose” means any purpose connected with the Nagarjunasagar Project.
