Appointment of liquidator - (1) Where a Co-operative Society is to be dissolved and no liquidator is appointed by the General Body or the Tribunal, the Registrar may,- (a) appoint any person as a liquidator to wind up the affairs of the Co-operative Society; or (b) where he is satisfied that the Co-operative Society has no assets and liabilities issue a certificate of dissolution. (2) The appointing authority shall fix the payment to the liquidator for his services.
