Savings - Nothing contained in this Act, shall apply to contract labour governed by the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Central Act 9 of 1890), the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act 63 of 1948) or the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970(Central Act 37 of 1970).
