Protection of action taken in good faith - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, any tramway operator, tramway official or against any other person duly authorised by the tramway operator, the State Government, or a person authorised under Section 10 or Section 15 as the case may be, acting under and in accordance with the Act, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules, regulations or orders made thereunder.
