Damage to or destruction of certain tramway system properties - Whoever, with intent to cause or knowing that he is likely to cause or causes damage to or destruction of any of the properties of the tramway system as defined in clause (25) of section 2 by fire, explosive substance or otherwise to such premises, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years.
