Claims Commissioner - (1) The State Government may, by notification, appoint a claims commissioner on part-time or whole- time basis for the purpose of adjudicating upon claims for compensation in respect of accidents involving the death of, or bodily injury to, a person, in the course of working of the tramway system. (2) The qualifications, salary, tenure, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the claims Commissioner shall be as may be prescribed.
