Repeal of Ordinance 9 of 1994 THE ANDHRA PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT, 1994 (ACT No.25 OF 1994) [16th August, 1994] AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
