Incentives and Penalties:- Government shall formulate and appropriate scheme, to award incentives for commendable performance and disincentives for proven negligence and lack of due diligence, in discharge of responsibilities under this Act by any functionary of official concerned: Provided that disciplinary action shall be governed by the relevant service/disciplinary rules applicable to the Government officials and functionaries.
