Appointment of agents - (1) The Government may, for the purposes, of purchase of and trade in, any minor forest produce on their behalf, appoint an agent for each unit; Provided that nothing in this sub section shall prevent the appointment of the same person as agent for more than one unit. (2) The terms and conditions of, and the procedure for appointment of agents shall be such as may be prescribed.
