Registration of manufacturers of finished goods using minor forest produce and exporters of minor forest produce - (1) Every manufacturer of finished goods using minor forest produce, and every exporter of minor forest produce shall get himself registered within such period, on payment of such fee, and in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) Every such manufacturer and exporter registered under sub-section (1) shall furnish a declaration in such form, by such date, and in such manner, as may be prescribed.
