Penalty for manufacturing or Dealing or attending to service of Milk Analyzer without license:- Whoever is required to obtain licence to Manufacture and deal or deal or attends to the servicing of Milk Analyzer used in the Milk Procurement under section 13 of this Act, fails to obtain the licence shall be punished with a fine upto Rs.25,000/- and, for second or subsequent offence with a fine up to Rs.50,000/- or imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.
