Penalty for use of non-standard Milk Analyzer at the Milk Processing plant or Dairy Plant:- Whoever uses or keeps for use any Milk Analyzer otherwise than in accordance with the standards prescribed by or under this Act at the Milk Processing Plant or Dairy Plant shall be punished with fine which may extend to five lakh rupees and for the second or 12 subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years and also with fine.
