Disposal of Land and Other Property by the Authority - Any land acquired by the Government and transferred to the Authority or any Government land alienated to the Authority, with or without development thereon, or any other immovable property belonging to the Authority, may be disposed of by the Authority in accordance with regulations made for the purpose in this behalf.
