Recovery of expenses incurred - 1 Ins. by Act 34 of 2018, s.5 (w.e.f. 19-11-2018) 74 Any expenses incurred by the Metropolitan Commissioner / Vice- Chairperson under sections 89 and 95 of the Act shall be a sum due to the Authority under the Act from the person in default or the owner of the plot.
