Apportionment of costs of scheme withdrawn not sanctioned - In the event of a Town Planning Scheme being withdrawn, the Government may direct that the costs of the scheme shall be borne by the Authority or be paid to the Authority by the owners concerned in such proportion as the Government may in each case determine.
