Appeal - Any decision of the Planning Officer under clause (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (i) of sub-section (3) of section 43 shall forth with be communicated to the party concerned in the prescribed form and any person aggrieved by such decision may within fifteen days from the date of communication of decision, present an appeal to the Board of Appeal constituted under section 46.
