Sanction of plans by the Government – (1) On receipt of the Plans under section 12, the Government shall within sixty days examine and sanction the said Perspective Plan [PP] or Master Plan [MP] or Area Development Plan or Zonal Development Plan with or without modifications or reject the plans with directions to modify or prepare revised plans. (2) The sanction accorded by the Government shall be notified by the Government in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and the Perspective Plan [PP] or Master Plan [MP] or Area Development Plan or Zonal Development Plan shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
