Term of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and nominated members and filling up of vacancies - (1) The term of office and other conditions of service of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and non-elected members of the Committee shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) Any Vacancy in the Office of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or non-elected member of the Committee shall be filled by the Government as they may determine.
