Power of council to make regulations - (1) The Council may with the previous approval of the Government make regulations for all or any of the following matters, namely:— (i) for the conduct of elections to the Executive Committee and other Committees; (ii) for the convening of meetings of the Council, the Executive Committee and other Committees; (iii) for the conduct of business at such meetings; (iv) for the appointment, and the conditions of service of the Registrar and other officers and servants appointed under section 13; (v) the conditions subject to which the Council may delegate its powers and duties to any Special Committee; (vi) any other matter which is to be provided for in the regulations, or may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act; (vii) All regulations made under sub-section (1) shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. (viii) The Government may, by order, modify or cancel any regulation made under sub-section (1).
