Medical Practitioners Registration Fund - (1) All monies received by the Council shall constitute a fund called the Medical Practitioners Registration fund and shall be applied for such purposes and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) All monies received by the Council shall be lodged in any bank approved by the Government. (3) All orders or cheques shall be signed by the Registrar.
