Chairperson, Vice- Chairperson, Managing Director, Members and Officers etc., to be public servants:- The Chairperson., Vice-Chairperson and Managing Director, Directors, Members, Officers, Employees and Servants on deputation to or of the Corporation as the case may be, shall while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made there under, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Conduct Rules and section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No.45 of 1960);
