Short title, extent and Commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Medical Education and Research Corporation (APMERC) Act, 2021. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 8th January, 2021.
