Persons employed under this Act to be Public servants for certain purposes - Every person employed by the Board under this Act shall, for the purposes of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act No XLV of 1860) as well as under section 2 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act No 49 of 1988).
