Preparation of supplementary estimates - The Board may in the course of any year for which an estimate has been sanctioned by the State Government cause one or more supplementary estimates for the residue of such year to be prepared and the provisions of section 87 shall, so far as may be, apply to such estimate as if it were an original annual estimate.
