Scale of rates and conditions - Every scale of rates and every statement of conditions framed by the Board, with the permission of the State Government, for ports developed and operated or operated by it, under the foregoing provisions of this Chapter shall be published by the Board in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and shall there upon take effect.
