Chief Executive Officer of the Board - (1) The State Government shall appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual as the Chief Executive Officer of the Board. (2) The qualifications, salary, allowances and other conditions of service of the Chief Executive Officer and other officers of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed.
