Finality of orders under section 6, 8 or 9 - Every decision of the authorised officer under section 6, section 8 or section 9, granting or refusing to grant licence for a fishing vessel or cancelling, suspending, varying or amending such licence or registering, or cancelling the registration of vessel shall, subject to any right of appeal under section 13 be final.
