Forfeiture of newspapers and publications containing unlawful lotteries: - Where any newspaper or other publication publishes any unlawful lottery or any advertisement in relation thereto, the Government may, by notification, declare every copy of the newspaper or every copy of such publication containing the lottery, to be forfeited to the Government.
