The Academic Council - (1) Academic Council shall consist of the following members namely,- (a) the Vice-Chancellor of the University; (b) the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh; (c) the Directors of Research and Extension; (d) the Deans of the various faculties; (e) the Dean of Student Affairs; (f) the University heads of Department; (g) the Associate Directors of Research; (h) the Controller of Examinations; 36 (i) two members of the Executive Council nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; (j) four persons having special knowledge or practical experience in different aspects of Logistics/supply chain nominated by the vice-Chancellor. (2) All members of the Academic Council, other than the ex-officio members, shall hold office for a term of three years; (3) Ten members of the Academic Council shall form quorum for a meeting of the Academic Council.
